How to Order Swimava Product?

Here are the steps to place an order at www.swimava.id: First, Select the product you want, then click "Add Purchase". Then the product will automatically go into your shopping cart, and you can choose to buy other product or you can click "Shopping Bag" to complete your order and see the order details. On the order details page, make sure the order is in accordance with what you ordered, then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step. You will be directed to the "sign up" page if you are a new customer, for registered subscribers you only need to login to your account. In this step you will be required to complete your shipping address, complete the details as complete as possible, and click "Proceed to Payment". Then choose payment method, and click "Order Process" to complete Orders. After the order process is complete, you will get order confirmation.

You can cancel your previous order and reorder.

What methods of payment can be accepted by www.swimava.id?

Payment can be made using Bank Transfer and you have to confirm payment.


How much does it cost?

Delivery cost is according to the price provided by JNE.

How many days is the product going to be delivered?

After your transaction is processed, for Jakarta area the goods will be processed on the next working day. For debotabek area, the delivery estimation is 1-3 working days and for area outside jabodetabek, the delivery estimation is 2-6 working days.

When will your delivery be processed?

We serve delivery from Monday to Saturday. For goods ordered before 11:59 PM, we will process the delivery on the next day, and for orders above 12.00 PM will be processed day after tomorrow. For orders on Friday before 11:59 PM, items will be processed on Saturdays. All orders require a receipt with a signature. We can not forward the shipping address if the goods have been shipped, so please make sure that there are your representative people in the destination address who can sign the receipt.

Can I pick up my orders from you?

For purchases via the web, we will send the package and apologize that we cannot collect it directly to our office

Does swimava.id send abroad?

No, we only serve domestic delivery.

Deliverance of Product

In the case of delivery of your order, we hope that there will be no trouble. If we have attempted to deliver your order, but nobody is present to sign the receipt, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.

Delivery Delays

Due to the high volume of bookings, we may have to postpone the delivery of your order to the next business day. Swimava will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances and act of God - causing delays in delivery. Regarding this delay, we will attempt to inform you and discuss the alternatives.

Weekend Delivery

Although our office is closed on weekends, we are ready to deliver your order on Saturday, provided your order is booked on Friday before 11:59pm. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.


What are your policies on return and exchange of products?

For items that are delivered incorrectly or defective, we have a 14-day policy from the date the order is received by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Item must be in original state as at the time of purchase.

- There should not be any marks or defects on all packaging.

- A product that is a set or a multi-item package must be returned intact as a set.

- This refund policy does not apply to items stated on the swimava.id website as "Non-redeemable" and "Non refundable".

- All returns will be reviewed in advance by the swimava.id and we reserve the right to indemnify, including : - Replace with the same new product as original order - Full refund in the form of store credit for use at swimava.id


How do I return items?

For all return requests please email us at info@swimava.id, including contact details, Order Orders / Invoice Number and reason for your returns. Alternatively, you can contact us at +6281218818862. We will notify you once your return request has been approved, then process the refund, if eligible.

Where can I find my Booking Number?

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us which contains the booking number, please save this number for further use with us. Or, the booking number can be found in the "My Orders" menu after you login.
